It is with great pleasure that we were able to assist another family today, this time with gas cards for their many trips to the hospital/Jimmy Fund Clinic for their son Danny's daily treatments. Danny was diagnosed with DIPG in October. Please keep him and his family in your continued thoughts and prayers. It is because of all of your support that we are able to do what we do. Thank you for helping us help others.

Christmas Tree Jamboree at Attleboro Farms
We would like to extend a big Thank You to Attleborro Farms and their employees for all their hard work yesterday at our Christmas Tree Jamboree. Despite the weather we had a very good turn out and were able to raise some much needed funds to assist families with children battling brain cancer. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. Thanks to all who donated items for our raffle table. Denny's Liquor for donating wine for a wine basket, PJ's Bar & Grill and Crystalle Gaudet for the $25 Gift Card, the Country Christmas Sign made Tracy Bak of Signs by Tracy Bak, Nancy and Jaclyn Lamoureux for the $50 gift card to TGI Fridays, Pam & Matt Bratton for Lawn Ornament, Lisa Crochierre for the It Works gift bag, and Jo Ann & Butch Nichols for the wreath made by Emily at Attleboro Farms. We would like to thank Mary Desrochers for baking the banana bread and Kim woolford for the applie pies & cookies. Granting a Wish ...
On behalf of Cory's Crusaders, Inc and the families we are able to assist & grant wishes to we Thank You! It is because of your support & generosity that we are able to do what we do. We can not begin to express our gratitude for your continued support. This was a picture taken today of us granting a wish to 6yr old Mark, he wanted a Red Sox themed bedroom. Mark was first diagnosed in 2009 but had to undergo his 3rd brain surgery this past summer,spending months in the hospital and then rehab. When he was finally able to go home, his room had to be moved from upstairs to a bedroom on the first floor. We were more than happy to fulfill his wish to give him a Red Sox themed bedroom along with some other gifts. It was a pleasure meeting him, his Mom and sister. Mark is an adorable little boy. We truly enjoyed playing some catch and making him smile. Prayers and positive thoughts for Mark and his family as he continues his fight. The impact we can make together is far greater than what any of us could ever do on our own. We have received a few matching gift checks already and hope to see many more. It only takes a couple minutes of your time but it could mean a new Ipad for a child to use to communicate with their parent, it could mean a Mom doesn't have to worry about being home with her child because her rent is still going to be paid. Or gas & parking money for the many many doctors appointment & hospital stays. Maybe it will be used to send a child & family on a special trip. Thank you for helping us help others. Thank you for helping us help others
Today we assisted another family from Boston Children's Hospital / Dana Farber & Jimmy Fund Clinic. We paid a couple of medical bills as well a balance due on their rent. Like many other families they have searched to find a potential cure for their child and sometimes this means relocating and leaving family & friends behind. This as you can imagine can be very emotional and overwhelming not to mention the financial impact it has on a family. We would like to thank all of our supporters because it is with your help that we are able to help others. In Loving Memory of Cory and the 2200 children that will have their precious lives cut short by these deadly diseases. 2200+ children will not grow up and their families will miss out on so many firsts, so many milestones! Breaks my heart again and again.
Thank you Grumpy's Restaurant in Bellingham
A special thank you to Brian Lahousse and Brooke from Grumpy's Restaurant & Pub for hosting our fundraiser on August 15th and presenting us with a $1,500 check. They donated 10% of the night's proceeds to our organization, they also had a special drink of the night that was served in our Cory's Crusaders Never Give Up water bottle & 100% of the proceeds from the sale of that drink was donated. Our event raised another $1,000 at our donation / raffle/ product table. It was a huge success raising $2,500. Thank you to all who joined us to Celebrate Cory's forever 18th birthday, it was standing room only for most of the night with people packed in shoulder to shoulder. There were tables of Cory's friends from school, teachers, lots and lots of aunts, uncles & cousins. Me and Jim's friends from school and their families. Our Cory's Crusaders followers as well as Grumpy's patrons that had no idea it was gong to be such a crazy busy night. We can't thank you all enough for your support. The impact we can make together is far greater than what any of us could ever do on our own. Thank you for helping us help others. I will be posting pictures from the night soon so check back in.
